Karen went above and beyond helping us purchase a home (from overseas) during the pandemic and during the crazy dc housing market of 2021. She was flexible and used multiple communication methods to keep us updated. She thoroughly toured homes with us on zoom and really helped us to understand what she was seeing. Whenever we needed an inspector, handyman, plumber, landscaper, etc (before or after the sale), she quickly connected us with someone trustworthy. Highly recommended
